Primary Role:

JPR Systems is looking to fill two open positions for Account Managers in the Fresno, California and San Diego/Orange County, California area. Candidates must reside in or around surrounding areas.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling all products and services represented by JPR Systems. You will act as a consulting business partner to customers to determine current and future instrumentation needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, maintain and grow your assigned accounts by generating product and business solution sales
  • Develop strong relationships with customers through timely, regular visits
  • Demonstrate technical product knowledge of the manufacturers’ products JPR Systems represents
  • Provide innovative solutions to customers and act as a trusted advisor in applying our products to their specific application needs
  • Prepare sales contracts for products, services and training
  • Maintain positive relationships with manufacturers and work with them to introduce, promote, and position their products and services
  • Schedule joint customer sales calls/seminars with manufacturers staff
  • Manage all reporting about the health of customers’ accounts

Required Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business is preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of industry sales experience
  • Cross selling skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
  • Problem solving ability
  • Possess the technical aptitude to learn and apply products to customers application
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Willingness and ability to travel

JPR Systems is looking to hire a candidate for this new and exciting role for our Southern California territory.  Candidate should reside in Southern California and will work remotely.  This is an entry level position and we welcome graduates seeking to build a career with us.

Primary Role:

As an Environmental Industry Outside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling all products and services represented by JPR Systems to the Environmental sector. This market includes water and wastewater treatment facilities, engineering companies that serve this market, and with the system integrators and contractors in this market. You will act as a consulting business partner to customers to determine their current and future instrumentation needs.

In collaboration with the manufacturing companies we represent, the successful candidate will undergo an intensive training period at their facilities. Upon completion of the training program and an internal on-boarding process, you will be assigned accounts to develop. JPR Systems will provide ongoing mentoring and coaching to ensure your success in this role.

Inside Sales Associate

We are searching for two experienced Inside Sales Associate at our Brea, CA  facility.

Full-Time Position / Monday-Friday / 8 hours per day /Reports to Sales Manager

Primary Role:

The Inside Sales Associate will provide excellent customer service and support to our customers. This role plays a critical role in the order management process ensuring the timely processing of orders and delivery dates are confirmed.  The Inside Sales Associate will liaise between customers and the manufacturers JPR Systems represents, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of orders according to customer needs, while meeting the objective of the company’s sales plan.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Interface with customers via phone to gain an understanding of their requirements and propose a solution to meet these requirements
  • Receive and process customer orders while screening information for accuracy and completeness
  • Work with our manufacturer’s factory technical support staff, customer service staff, and management to meet customers sales and service requirements
  • Works closely with the JPR Systems Field Sales Engineers to meet customer requirements
  • Prepares customer price quotations, order acknowledgements, order status information, packing lists and invoices for customers
  • Facilitates customer requests in an expeditious manner
  • Monitors customer orders throughout the process, advising customers of any significant delays
  • Confirm that appropriate sales resources are available including literature and demo units
  • Attend product training classes and sales meetings as required by JPR Systems and the manufacturers we represent
  • Perform some shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks
  • Identify and grow opportunities within the territory and collaborate with the sales team to ensure growth attainment
