Management Communication

The JPR Systems Management team meets regularly to discuss the overall success of the business. This information is shared with employees in Company Status Update meetings on a quarterly basis. Employees are encouraged to share their questions and feedback not only in the meetings, but at any time. We work hard to listen to our employee feedback and take appropriate actions.

Employee Wellness

COVID-19 Pandemic Response

The safety and well-being of our employees is our top priority. During the pandemic, and following government guidance, we implemented various safety protocols from face masks, social distancing to temperature checks, and remote working for employees. Glass panels were installed on the sides of employee’s desk for added protection. We will continue to take the necessary precautions when, and if, it is needed. JPR Systems proved capable of staying operational by providing products and services to our customers without interruption.

Work-life balance and increased flexibility are common topics among today’s workforce. It is imperative to our culture to be supportive of our employees in considering work, family and personal demands.

JPR Systems realizes and supports that some of our employees enjoy working remote, others prefer to be in the office, and some prefer a part-time schedule. Based on an employees specific job duties and requirements, we can offer flexible hybrid work solutions that accommodate the needs of the employee.

Harassment Prevention

JPR Systems does not tolerate any acts of harassment including unwelcome sexual, verbal, visual, or physical conduct creating an intimidating, offensive, or hostile work environment that interferes with work performance. Upon receiving a complaint, the company will conduct a prompt, fair and thorough investigation into any claim of a violation of this policy. All complaints will be kept confidential to the extent possible. Anyone, regardless of title or position, whom the company determines has engaged in conduct in violation of this policy, will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including discharge. In addition, no employee will be subject to, and JPR Systems will not allow, any form of retaliation.

Mental Health

Sometimes every day life can take a toll on a persons mental health. JPR Systems employees and their dependents are eligible to participate in an Employee Assistance Program immediately upon employee’s date of hire. This benefit is a confidential service designed to help with a variety of personal challenges, such as stress, alcohol or drug abuse, marriage or family problems, anxiety or depression. Employee and their dependents can speak with licensed mental health professionals at no cost to them.

Training Programs

Our manufacturing partners offer an array of educational product training opportunities to our employees to increase their knowledge of the products we represent. Whether it is online courses or live instruction at an in-house training environment, our employees receive extensive training from the manufacturing experts. This plays a key role in our top-notch customer service by enabling our sales and service teams to recommend the ideal device or service solution for our customers specific application.

JPR Systems puts significant effort into ensuring our employees enjoy a safe, pleasant and productive work environment.

Safety Training

Our employees are regularly trained on various safety procedures in times of an emergency or natural disaster including everything from proper fire extinguisher use, earthquake preparedness to CPR, First Aid and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) training and more.

Our Field Service Engineers have over 10 hours each of training on Cal/OSHA requirements and federal OSHA guidelines. We are proud to say our service team has not experienced a single accident or injury.
